The home page is enough to start: you ship, your customer scans the box and sees their order. This is for anyone who wants to look under the hood.
Trazo doesn't ask you to change how you work. It answers the questions that eat up your morning.
A spreadsheet tells you what someone wrote down. Trazo tells you what happened.
The same for every industry. Start with the first layer and the system grows with you.
Trazo reads GS1 / DataMatrix codes, Trazo QR codes and barcodes, and recognizes product, lot and expiry. If a package arrives damaged or something can't be verified, the lot goes into quarantine until someone in charge releases it.
The system suggests the lot that expires first (FEFO). If a product has a shelf life once opened, Trazo starts the clock at first use and blocks consumption when the opened container expires.
Create the shipment from the sales order and print one label per package with QR and tracking number. The receiver scans and the order lands in their stock. No typing, no errors.
In progress, shipped, estimated arrival and delivered, with date, time and a photo of the signed delivery note. Your customer sees the journey on their phone.
Every movement is written forever: who, what, when and which lot. Movements are never edited or deleted — they're corrected with reversing entries. Useful to show what happened in an inspection or an audit.
Trazo was born here, so it goes deeper:
mL, µL).The features you use every day, without friction.
Trazo QR, GS1-128, DataMatrix and barcodes, with your phone camera or a handheld scanner.
Upcoming expiries and low stock, by email. Suggested reorders based on your real consumption over the last 30 days.
Shipping labels with QR and tracking code, one per package, and signed lot QR codes. Which printer works?
Your customer sees their order and its status on their phone, from a link in their email. No accounts, no passwords.
Valued stock, turnover and history by lot, exportable to Excel and PDF.
We connect your management system (today, Odoo). For labs, analyzers and LIS too, via HL7 and ASTM.
Labels print from the browser, through the usual print dialog. There is nothing from Trazo to install.
100×150 mm (4×6 in) shipping label, one per package. The same roll used for e-commerce shipping labels.
A compact 50×30 mm version with the QR, tracking number, destination and package number.
At 100% scale the label prints at actual size on the sheet: use an adhesive sheet or cut it out.
Any connection works, as long as the printer is installed as a printer on the computer or phone.
If your printer already prints from your computer or phone, it prints your Trazo labels.
Trazo works on your phone, your office PC and the warehouse tablet. On your phone it installs like any other app — no app store needed.
Born where a mistake is expensive. Traceability is worthless if the data can't be trusted: every record is intact, isolated and verifiable.
Each organization is isolated at the database level (enforced Row-Level Security). Your data never mixes with anyone else's.
Movements, audit trail and chain of custody are append-only, enforced by the database itself.
Trazo keeps what traceability requires. In labs it works with LIS references: patient identity never leaves your system.
Encrypted connections, per-organization keys encrypted at rest, and lot QR codes signed against tampering.
Your customer scans the box and sees their order.
